"i called Drain Werx on a Wed and Ian arranged to come at 4.30pm on Friday. My problem was my tenant had a blocked toilet and water dripping through the kitchen ceiling. Ian arrived on time at 4.30 and was gone by 5.30pm. He unblocked the toilet but could not locate the source of the leak. He charged me £295 for the hour he was there. I felt that was a lot but Ian maintained its a dirty job and I either do it myself or pay out to get someone to do it. I don't employ a lot of trades people but the plumber who I had to call to find the leak said he charges £75 plus vat per hour to unblock a toilet but of course he's not a specialist like Drain Werx, Update: In answer to Drain Werx response, Ian came on the 17th Dec This is a genuine review not made up."
