“We ordered our first take away (delivery) from Blossom House on Saturday evening and were so impressed. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. I especially liked the soft noodles - highly recommended! We were also most impressed with the professional service. So good to be able to order online as most take away services' telephones are constantly engaged in lockdown. We live in a remote spot but the delivery driver found our house straight away. We will definitely order from Blossom House again.”

“After taking a break from this pub due to the previous management, I visited last night after work and was very impressed with the ambiance, food and great Guiness. This really in pub terms the equivalence of an Oasis. It's like an English country pub, but in Croydon. The vibe is relaxed with enough people to create a good atmosphere, without the craziness of other Croydon pubs. To eat, the had the stew which at £8.50 was amazing value, the main menu is pizza. To drink we had Guiness which was excellent, the wine selection is very good as well. The service was excellent, both efficient and friendly. The other customers, who seemed to be locals, were friendly and welcoming, but not imposing so we could enjoy our drinks and food at our table, and when going to the bar talk and meet other locals. Highly recommended for those who like pubs as pubs, not flashy wine bars, or sports bars, great food and drink, served well by friendly people with a local vibe, but not cliquey. For sure, we will be visiting again,”

We had 2 thai soups which were the best we had in a while, super flavoured, tasty, and the other dishes were perfectly cooked as well and very, very good. Everything was piping hot and tasted fresh!! Food taste and quality - great Though it's expensive, the quantity of the food is larger than other places to justify Samosa chat - 5*s Kerala fish curry -5*s Desi chicken curry - 4*s Chilly chicken - 4.5*s Butter and Garlic naan - 4*s Fruit juices were just good enough. Staff were so lovely to offer a small cake on my wife's Bday along with a candle on it. Highly recommended restaurant.”

“Not sure about the older reviews - I see mixed opinions; my experience with it - we just ordered from Rajeev after he moved to the Jolly Farmers pub. Food was very nice, arrived quick with no delivery fee and they’ve got a lot of mains in the menu that I never tried / you typically don’t find in most Indian restaurants. We’ll order again surely and looking forward for the summer to eat in at the pub garden.”

I'll just get to the point: Spring rolls are amazing large, Chips are amazingly delicious and huge portions for small chips (which I love) and Beef Sausage is also good. People there are very genuine and lovely. Even though I don't always give five stars, this shop deserves more! Well done! (By the way, if you are unfamiliar with the opening and closing hours, it opens everyday 11am-11pm except Sunday as it is closed on Sunday).”

“Top Class family run Indian / Bangladeshi takeaway in South Croydon CR2. Food is always fresh, consistent and piping hot... Guy on the telephone is mega polite and always remembers your order too... Delivery guys are friendly and always spend a few minutes asking about your life and holidays... Reasonably priced, good quality, well established (+15 years!) and local! 10/10”
