Bongow Indian Cuisine
“Great Indian, have ate in and had many takeaways. Lovely staff. Highly recommended”
Village Brentwood
“I work down the road from this place and everyone uses it. Staff are very friendly and the food is always delivered quickly. Very tasty, by far the best butter chicken I've had in Essex.”
Sultans Indian Takeaway
“Really good vegan range Very nice straight forward owners Reasonably priced too”
PAYA Cuisine (Romford)
“Tried this Chinese after our regular was closed for the night. I think this will now become our regular Chinese. The food had loads of flavour, not greasy. Packaged nicely with clear lids to see the food, the sauce pots were in a tray so no risk of leaking in the delivery bag. The food was also nice and hot, and the chips were good and not rock hard like most are from chinese takeaways.”
Jehan Curry Hut
“Best curry in the whole south of England (will let you know if they do one better in the north if I go there). The staff are so nice and honestly, you will not get a better tasting curry anywhere near!”
Balti House
“Look, there are plenty of half decent Indian food outlets in and around Brentwood. Some are exceptional whilst others are dire, I’ve tried pretty much all of them. The Balti House is sublime, superb, outstanding and the food is great value for money and as tasty as any Indian meal you are ever likely to eat. Stunning food and a standalone outlet producing a high quality cuisine. I highly recommend this business.”
The Pilgrims Korai
“The food is delicious and service is excellent. We've been many times as a big family group and everybody is always very happy with their meals. My favourite is the vegetable dhansak.”
Ginger Spice
“If you are looking for an indian restaurant look no further as Ginger Spice is clearly the best. Decorated beautifully with a large comfortable bar area to relax whilst having pre dinner drinks. The waiters are so friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The food was all lovely. The flavours of the spices with the beautiful presentation made every mouthful wonderful. It was a totally different experience for me as I normally choose a sauce based curry but I decided to opt for fish and king prawns and it was so fully of flavour and the fish remained delicate. My husband chose the salmon main and the spice added to a lovely salmon fillet. We were not rushed and had a great interaction with the waiters. They made sure all 10 of us were served together by using a restuarent dessert trolley to bring all of our dishes at once. The only disappointment was another unnecessarily noisy table of 10 next to us which made conversation difficult whilst they were at their table. But that unfortunately happens sometimes nowadays. The main restuarent was much quieter with curved booth setting to give more privacy which is ideal for smaller groups. I can recommend with confidence.”
Empire
“Just had a delivery and was really impressed. Food arrived after 20 mins of ordering and was really fresh and tasty. Great sized portions and good value. Recommend!”
Tandoori Nights
“One of my favourite Indian restaurant venues and I am very hard to please as I cook and appreciate Indian cuisine in many of its varieties! Very good food, impeccably presented and served in great surroundings. Pleasant staff and nothing is rushed. Service is really first class. Highly recommended if you appreciate subtle yet distinctly flavoured and well presented Indian food....”
Papadom
“Simply the best around and not just for Indian style takeaway food. I've been looking for a good Chinese takeaway provider but none come up to the standards of provision that the Papadom demonstrate. I keep coming back to Papadom because of their huge variety of flavours, their willingness to vary their dishes when asked and generous portions. And the guys in the shop are just so very polite and accommodating. Martin.”
Shenfield Tandoori Takeaway
“Being Bangladeshi myself I am always hesitant on ordering indian, as I am very picky. It's the third time I have ordered from there and I can honestly say I have not been disappointed yet food was prepared to exact specifications. I can say I will drive miles to get good Indian take away and this is my new go to.”
