"Rude to Customers & Scammers. Accepting orders in bad weather then telling us, the customer to cancel it meaning they get paid. Avoid them at all costs. EDITS: 100% Scammers. Phoned the place, they tried to say it was delivered until we told them we had a ring door bell and they then tried to say sorry. They stated they would issue a refund but after all this time, they still have not done it. I won't ever order from these guys again. They knew exactly what they were doing trying to game the system."

"Look, there are plenty of half decent Indian food outlets in and around Brentwood. Some are exceptional whilst others are dire, I’ve tried pretty much all of them. The Balti House is sublime, superb, outstanding and the food is great value for money and as tasty as any Indian meal you are ever likely to eat. Stunning food and a standalone outlet producing a high quality cuisine. I highly recommend this business."

"A very busy but average curry house. I went with my other half for a meal, but it was so loud we could hardly hear each other...a pub would have been quieter. The service was slow, but was told that was due to a staff member being stuck in traffic. The food was ok, but if you are really into succulent curry's, you'll find the food here a bit bland. My Chapatti was under cooked...which made my prawn Puri unenjoyable. It's nice that you can take your own alcohol, but the £2.00 charge for the chutney you get with your 70p popadom made me think that I'd rather go to an establishment with Cobra on tap."
