“New apartment with modern facilities. Nice size rooms and flats. Well decorated common area and wide stairs. Well planned fire exit. There are street parking available in front of the apartment. There are few shops, superstores, pharmacy, medical centre, schools, parks etc around here. Just the concierge need to be friendly and sincere with visitors.”

“Me and my partner at short notice stayed last week Saturday! You pay for what you get and Evette is the most lovely woman you can meet! Towels, tea and coffee was supplied, everything was up to standard with the bedding etc! Evette was gracious and kind, I would totally recommend! Thank you for our stay, Chris and Jo!”

“Thank you for letting us stay at your property. We were 3 adults and 2 young children for 3 days. The property was clean and just as advertised. The space was great and comfortable. The location was excellent for accessibility to parks and attractions. We had very good and detailed communication from the hosts, providing all the details needed. The house was very warm, helpful in winter. The digital entry key needs a little bit of attention and time to work out, but it all works very well. Thank you for the stay.”

“A great hotel for commuters and business travellers. Looking at the below reviews, i don’t feel they are a true reflection of what Fulwich is like. As a Graduate Building Surveyor who travels from Essex to Kent i stay in the Fulwich most weeks. My stay has always been pleasant. The rooms are spacious, fairly modern and with all amenities you would require. Rooms are regularly cleaned on daily basis and Lisa (landlady) is very welcoming and would always deal with any queries promptly. The location is great - only 15 mins walk to Dartford town centre and parking isn’t an issue as most streets are non- restrictive. The value for money is definitely a large factor here and for a hotel that is placed within excellent commuter infrastructure, the cleanliness, amenities and service - you couldn’t find anything remotely as good as Fulwich for the rates they charge. I love this historic property and have become a regular here (subject to their availability). In a summary, this place is a bargain and you would be stupid looking elsewhere for same value, because you won’t find it!”

“Really nice apartments with amazing views of the West End, the City and Canary Wharf. Communal areas nicely decorated and really well maintained. 24h concierge, bikes storage and a room for take-away delivery on the ground floor. Gym/swimming pool next door and various shops on the ground floor (Sainsbury's, Pret, dentist, etc.) They have really strict rules for everything though: definitely not a great place to live if you are a young student.”

“Compared to other options this property provides good value for money: 1) There options to choose furnished/unfurnished apartment. I lived in furnished apartment and 2) Flats have all necessary equipment: dishwasher, washing machine with drying option, oven etc 3) The property has very good thermal isolation, during the winter I only had to turn on floor heating maybe for 5-10 days. 4) Relatively low bills (like 3 times less than my previous apartment ) 5) The greatest feature is the common area on the 4th floor where you can: - walk out you pets - work in shared or private space (desks are available) - just party with your friends The location is also very convenient, it takes 30 minutes to reach City (via DLR or bike), about 35 minutes to Westminster/Green Park. There is onsite management office where you can talk to a very friendly team which helps to solve your problems and requests.”

“Security is great. Recommended for a long stay and the management is very smooth and easy. Makes you feel welcomed. Queensbury station is around the block for the underground access from Jubilee line. For long-term stays, the place is characterized by security and modern systems. Great and friendly management as well as easy to deal with. Close to Queensbury Underground Station on the Jubilee Line.”
