“My son is three and we had an emergency visit to Beckenham Dental Centre at the weekend to check on his front teeth after an injury to his mouth. They were so good with him, checking Winston and Reindeer's 'teeth' first to put him at ease. They took their time with him, letting him play in the chair and use the mirror on his soft toys.To my amazement, he complied with having his teeth and mouth checked by Anastasia and the dental nurses. They totally put him at ease and overcame his anxiety and joyously everyone left with a sticker. If you have children, Beckenham Dental Centre will take care to ensure positive early experiences of visiting the dentist. Highly recommended for families.”

“Great place to catch a breath after work or just have a quiet walk in the evening. Plenty of benches to have a sit and read a book or contemplate life Park smells fantastic in the evening mid May ,when various plants start blossoming. Even during a sunny days , it doesn't get too busy. If u play tennis ,there are 8 courts at your disposal (you have to buy a membership which is only a small annual fee). Annoying things are dog owners that let their dogs run freely everywhere without leash - it shouldn't be allowed ( some time ago one dog grabbed my sandwich and the owner lady found it funny)”

“Medivet Beckenham are awesome vets. My dog has been ill for about 4 months & despite having to go for monthly blood tests she loves this practice. She pulls towards the door & the vets are always very friendly, with time for her. There's a lovely friendly vibe here that you don't often get in modern practice settings. I recently got invisalign, and Faye and her team have been wonderful. They go above and beyond for your Invisalign treatment, and deliver great results. “This was my favourite place to stay on our holiday to the UK. So much so that I came back for the last two nights, in order to prepare for the long flight home. Friendly, happy staff who run a clean and homely place to stay. Walking distance to anything one could possibly need, with Beckenham being one of the more relaxed towns that I visited. I couldn't have asked for more, I hope that one day I'll return.”

“The staff were very lovely, they worked with a smile on their face which was refreshing. The room was clean, bedding towels, bathroom etc. The heater was easy to work and warmed up the room relatively quickly. The only thing missing was a hairdryer which was disappointing.”

“I can't speak highly enough of Ladybird and their lovely staff. Our son was in the caterpillar room (for 6 months to 2 year-olds) through a very tumultuous 2020, and they were brilliant. He took a while to settle but the staff were always so caring, to him and us. They'd often call to let us know if he'd had a difficult time at drop-off, which was a big relief. He developed so much whilst there, and you could tell how much he loved his carers, and his new friends. As a new-ish parent, sending your little one away to spend all day with strangers is daunting, but you couldn't be in better hands with Ladybird. They became like an extended family, and we were so sad to leave when we moved house. We'll miss you all!”
