“Excellent hotel, really charming building, comfortable rooms with everything we needed. Whole stay made easy and so enjoyable by the super helpful and friendly staff. Felt so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious, eggs that I will never forget! Two minutes to the Albert Hall, 5-10 minutes walk to the V&A and Natural History & Science museums. Worth every penny! We ll be back.”

“We had a wonderful family dinner at Waterfront Brasserie. The food and drinks were exceptional, there were plenty of vegetarian and vegan food options. Great ambience on a Saturday evening, DJ music was fabulous too. The service was over and above, Marketa really looked after us! Thank you for a fabulous evening! “The servers were very attentive to our group requirements. The lamb was tender, juicy and crispy on the outside. The hummus was silky and full of flavor. The salads were fresh and tasty. The owner shared the time between cooking the food in the kitchen and welcoming the customers in a friendly way. Thank you! It was a great experience and we highly recommend this place.”

“We loved this restaurant as it was Indian food with a twist. Traditional Indian dishes were pimped up which were really delicious especially the samphire pakora. I did spot the takeaway menu and wished some of those dishes were on the restaurant menu especially the vegetable samosas. Definitely going to try the Soho branch soon. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The barman was also friendly and made great cocktails.”

“Great food, service and value near the Tower of London. As an F1 fan I’ve been to a number of the races. And as a foodie, I’ve eaten in all sorts of places, from chip shops to Michelin star. So, F1 on a massive screen with surround sound and a massive Sunday roast, what better combination? Just around the corner from the Tower of London, it’s a wonderful and history filled walk to The Moretown Belle. Unlike other pubs, you’re greeted at the door by a host, with a warm smile as soon as you arrive. There’s plenty of seating , from booths, high tables and singles to groups. I went with my sister and we both decided to have the chicken for our roast. What surprised me was the variety and amount of vegetables. Fantastic - peas, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. I’m pretty sure we had a whole chicken between us. The plate was topped off with roast potatoes and an enormous Yorkshire pudding. We were true heroes and managed to eat a lot of it , but had to admit defeat. You definitely will not leave this place hungry after that roast. Service was slick and professional. I like the smart uniforms and how nothing was too much trouble. More gravy? A proper gravy boat arrived promptly. More drinks? Table service in a blink of an eye. For a part of London you’d expect to be a tourist trap, this is not. Locals, regulars, sports fans who find it online and book with their mates, families, and now me! It’s lovely to find an independent non - chain pub that really cares about just being brilliant. We will be back!”

“i never found here in england a place to get my nails done that i really liked, because of I'm disgust the way they do it. But here they are clean, sterilized work tools, what is used to do your foot is disposable, and has not been used on someone else. And besides that the professionals who work here are fantastic, my favorite is Julie, but everyone is very good.”

“Best nail salon in London if someone wants breathtaking nail art. I have been searching for a long time for a nail salon that could produce authentic Japanese nail art and I was not disappointed. From start to finish, the staff has been really attentive, polite and created one of the most beautiful nail design i had to date. The shop is beautifully decorated and around 5 minutes walk from Oxford Circus station. Really easy to get to. I will definitely be going back soon. Thank you Yuki.”

“Great community centre. Very vibrant, but peaceful too. Staff are top notch, of the best of helpers. I work for an independent college, teaching a course here. Technological resources are not state of the art, but what is at your disposal is sufficient to fulfil the task at hand. Brilliant, hard-working and respectful bunch of students. Centralised heated flooring and walls makes for great comfort. Lovely surrounding areas and gardens/ greens. Good transport links on the DLR- just a few minutes walk away. Many activities and courses on offer, such as bee-training and fight classes. And what a name to match!”

“I had a great stay in Montcalm East during a business trip for a week. The hotel has quite a unique touch and at the price point the amenities can't be beat. The rooms are well planned, reasonably sized and the bathrooms are well appointed including the heated flooring. The hot/ cold breakfasts are so much better than the traditional American breakfast that is seen in the hotel chains. Location wise, this place is quite central to all the tourist spots that someone may want to hit.”

“It is a scenic neighbourhood and has been recently cleaned. The nearby Boardwalk Place is a haven with best security and it is maintained to good standards. Despite not staying in the hotel, I can imagine how beautiful the views must be from Fraser Place.”

“Evening Jazz Cruise. What a brilliant evening out. Includes a three course dinner and a welcoming glass of fizz. Comfortable and very clean boat, excellent food. Very efficient, friendly staff, and the jazz quartet were excellent. All the night-time sights as you glide from Westminster to Greenwich and back. Heartily recommended.”
