When I informed Samara James they provided a next day courier service to collect the damaged ring and have completed two repairs over the past month. “My husband has converted his van into a camper and needed specialist seating made for both day time and night time use, it was complicated further as my husband has back problems so he needed something that would not aggrevate this problem further. John and Jacqui were attentive and helpful from start to finish advising us of the best foam and fabrics to use and design of the cushions to fit our requirements. Jacqui went above and beyond the call of duty by going through their extensive stock of fabrics to find one that fitted into the theme of our conversion. All communication was done over the phone, including the exchange of complicated measurements as we live in Cornwall. When they delivered the final product we were totally amazed, it was exactly what we wanted and the quality and standard of finish was outstanding and we always get a great night sleep! We will now be returning to them to make a sofa for our home as we know they will fulfil our requirements totally due to their personal and 'nothing is too much bother' approach.
