“Been here twice now to two of their escape rooms. We had Frances this time, who was fun, energetic and really made the experience. Gave us all of the information we needed, set the scene and let us start. The escape room itself was really fun, atmospheric and Frances got in a good jumpscare. Would really recommend the Shepherds Bush branch of Escape London, all of their staff that we've met have been lovely. And if you get Frances running your game, you're guaranteed fun! “Unreal hotel. My mom and I stayed 1 night here on our UK road trip. The property is gorgeous, the hotel itself is crazy beautiful. Every person who worked there was so nice to the both of us. I even got nice room upgrade to a cute suite. The bed was comfortable, the room was cozy and the shower was amazing. We love a waterfall shower. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast in the morning was delicious too!”

Food was delicious, well seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly, and the restaurant itself was gorgeous in design - perfect for all the instagram users out there. “We stayed here for just one night. Beds are comfy rooms are clean and tidy. Staff on reception was also lovely. Breakfast food was lovely but there was one member of staff (man) as the girls was so polite made you feel like you was an inconvenience breakfast was served between 8-10am we got there about 9.25am and he made us feel like we had got there at 10am. We had to wait for a table which was not a problem but when we was seated the table was not set up properly we had to keep on asking for things Milk spoons the girl realized there was no side plates and we had to ask for our toast twice. Maybe it was a busy morning”

“I have just stayed here for the second time and it was as good as the last. This hotel offers value for money considering it's great location right next door to the station. The rooms of of a high quality, having travelled the world as airline crew I've stayed in some top hotels and this is up there with some of them. The rooms look and feel clean and fresh, they offer extras like a hairdryer which others at similar prices don't. Overall I'd definitely recommend W12 Rooms, and would use them again. The reception staff are helpful and very friendly too.”

“Needed an outfit for an upcoming event, Roman had some beautiful items. They did make me feel a bit reluctant to buy at first because they don't do refunds you can only exchange and if it's not a shop you regularly use then it can be off putting. Glad to say thought once purchased and got home and tried the dress with accessories etc it looked amazing.”

“I have two children at this school, one in Yr. 2 and the other just started Reception having attended the Nursery. Both of them throughly enjoy attending and learning in this environment and it constantly amazes me just how varied their knowledge has become. From day one (2years ago) when there were only 43 4 year olds, to this day of over 250 pupils, there has been a consistent and tenacious focus on delivering the best learning for all of its pupils. The leadership team are warm and welcoming, making themselves highly visible at the school gate and always willing to listen to parents' views or offer advice. They have set out a strong set of values and life skills which are positively reinforced across the school in a consistent way from class teacher to whole assembly. For some of these traits the children are asked to behave like a particular ' Learnasaur ' character such as the Tryasaurus who is always willing to try new things or a Sharadactyl who shares their learning resources. Both my kids have really engaged with this type of encouragement and it is commonplace to hear us talking about them at home. All the staff that have been recruited display a huge passion for delivering the best experience for the children, whether they're dinner ladies, site managers or have office roles. The teaching staff are great and display the same understated professionalism day in day out, they have embraced the opportunity this new school presents and are working well together to deliver a first class education. Mr Butler's musical influences have shown themselves many times over the last couple of years during assemblies and Nativity plays. My personal highlight was last years Year 1 performance which involved the whole year group, lasted over 40 mins and was incredible to watch, it was hard to believe we were watching 6 year olds as the performance level and engagement across the whole group was so strong and mature. Other highlights from last year included the children asking Boris Johnson some tough questions when he visited the school and the Pupils performing their 'Big Dance' at the summer fayre.”

Dr Rudd went out of her way to see my husband urgently, and he had the relevant tests done in a timely way to provide us with assurance. The phlebotomist (Lynn) was also lovely and slotted us in, despite this being a busy winter period.
