“I was pleasantly surprised to hear my GP Dr Siddiqui answer the telephone. I automatically assumed there were a crisis taking place in the GP. I was impressed when advised, a new trail where the GP man's the front desk and answer calls from patients wanting to book appointments. Conversation was short and sweet but swiftly addressee the issues and points I raised prior to my scheduled appointment this Friday.
