World Rugby Museum & Twickenham Stadium Tours
● Closed“This was the top of my list to visit. I love rugby and it was a great experience overall. Our tour included a guided walk around tour of the private function rooms, the royal viewing box, the sheds of the English Rugby Team and going on to the sideline of the stadium. It was topped off with a self guided tour of the museum which had something for all ages. Would highly recommend for anyone who enjoys rugby as well as anyone wanting to convince someone that Rugby is the game played in heaven!”

Twickenham Stadium
● Open“The home of English Rugby. I went to the Summer Bash between Harlequins and Gloucester and had an amazing day. The atmosphere within the stadium is amazing and you are really in the heart of the game. Food and drink within the stadium is expensive, but this tends to be the case at most sporting event (£14 for burger and chips and £6.50 for a pint).”

Riverside Nursery Schools, St Margarets Montessori Twickenham
● Closed“My daughter joined St. Margarets Montessori in November 2020 and we highly recommend it. Prior to her joining, we searched and vetted over 20 nursery's in and around the area and this by far was outstanding in all aspects. We never regretted our decision. The teacher's are highly qualified, so warm, genuine, caring yet extremely professional. My little one has so much fun and has also learnt lots. The montessori has a huge outside space in comparison to other nurseries we saw. The children are exposed to lots of activities and apparatus to suit all capabilities both inside and outside. We love the weekly updates with photos that we receive from the montessori and the fact that they have an open door policy for any queries about our child. My daughter loves going there and we love seeing her smiling and happy everyday at drop offs.”

Beaumont House Day Nursery - Twickenham
● Closed“Having just joined Beaumont and our first ever experience of a nursery with our daughter, we have been absolutely overwhelmed by the whole experience and in particular, the team’s attentiveness. They are a really special team who all seem so dedicated and passionate about the nursery and the children they look after. Our daughter has just completed her first week after a very well thought out settling in period and she’s loving it and the staff so much already.”

Riverside Nursery Schools, Grosvenor House Twickenham (Holly Road)
● Closed“We have had such a positive experience with this nursery I thought it deserved sharing. Our 1 year old started a few months ago and the staff have just gone above and beyond in their care. The Manager Lizzie answered every question we could possibly have without hesitation on our first meeting. Walking around on a tour you can see that she knows every child in each class and they run up to her to say hello. Since starting she has spent one on one time with our child playing football and knows every detail of his day when we see her. How she finds the time to go to this level of detail while managing everything I have no idea! Gemma who supports her is the same and alongside our key workers Lauren and Faith they have helped make the transition so smooth and really tailored their care for our child. (Accommodating our nap times/baby lead weaning/suggesting where to bring personal toys or comforters from home etc). Each morning they take onboard any requests we have and every evening they give us a full de-brief of his day. They also offered courtesy calls throughout the day if we had any worries or needed reassurance after he had been unwell at the weekend. While we haven't met the other staff in person they seem to know our son and regularly wave if we see them out on walks on days when he is not in nursery! All in all we would very much recommend the nursery based on the personnel and the level of care.”

SUPER BOUNCY CASTLES - Bouncy Castles & Soft Play Hire
● Closed“Spellbounding. I was going to get the soft play set, but the venue said no to inflatables. I asked john for the ball pit and then a mix of rockers and tunnels to make it just as fun. He came up with a wonderful combination as below with some lovely lighting. I was blown away by how amazing it looked, the children (1-6) all equally enjoyed it. It was so good even the adults didn't want to leave! It was also set up and cleared away quickly and efficiently. I can't thank John enough!”

Cheeky Chops Play Cafe
● Closed“We love coming to cheeky chops to play!! Held my daughters 5th birthday here back in August and feel it's the ideal environment to take my boisterous 2 year old! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. No ask is too much here! The members of staff are always willing to help and always walking around to see if they can help with anything. Occasionally my girls got stuck at the top of the frames and the staff have been there to go up and retrieve her or help guide her down! The cakes are always amazing and with freshly baked pastries what more could you want!!”

Marble Hill Playcentres
● Open“My kids (3.5 and 2 years old) love going to the One O’Clock Club (for kids 0-5 years). It is now open till 5pm, giving more time to play after napping. The Playground is very safe - no swings or big slides or high climbing. And there are great play-workers there playing with the kids and doing all sorts of activities. That means I can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee!!! And yes - there is great coffee there now as well!! The kids can play inside and outside, so a great place to come rain or shine. Our favorite so far has been the big sand pit with a parasol over it. There is also a brilliant Adventure Playground for over 5s, where the kids play independently and the parents are not allowed. You can go in together on the family days (first Saturday of every month) with the younger ones as well. My daughter absolutely loved it! Disclaimer: I am one of the trustees of the charity that operates the playcentres. So you can see I am very excited about it :)) Come and try yourself!!! And feel free to ask any questions.”
