"Have been a client of Sports Generation for over six years now. Unfortunately, the standard has fallen tremendously since -right from the coaches to the customer services experience. The new coaches hired don't seem to have any understanding of rhe swimming levels to start with. Our daughter was awarded a level much higher than her ability only for us and another coach to realise that she was wasting her time taking classes for sessions which were way beyond her ability. I am not sure what checks are in place to ensure that the coaches are following the Sports Generation standards. Having raised this with Sports Generation, we got no apology. When requesting to speak with someone in management, we were told that we couldn't take it any further. These are pretty expensive lessons and the service simply doesn't match!"

His new instructor, Waldemar, is friendly and has a good knowledge which he is able to pass onto my son easily. My son is enjoying his lessons with him. We highly recommend."
