Charm in Twickenham

“We celebrated my very close friend's birthday here on Saturday and I can honestly say there was nothing negative to say about this place. It was my very first visit to the restaurant and I am happy to say that this place is now at the top of my favourites list. Delicious food, beautiful place and I can't fault the customer service, staff can't do enough and Lilideth is just amazing. I think it definitely deserves five stars!”

“I had booked an appointment earlier in the day for 16:40 and I wasn't kept waiting. Good haircut as usual at a reasonable price with a pleasant lady. Safe COVID measures. Will go there again when the current lockdown is lifted.”

“This is our regular curry restaurant. We've been coming here for many years. It used to be called The Gurkha Kitchen but they changed the name, although the staff and menu remained the same. The food is well prepared, tasty and reasonably priced. I could just deduct one star as there are parts of the restaurant that could with a lick of paint, but as the food and friendly service are so good, I want to stick with a full star count. I can recommend it.”

“Super rugby pub, great place to meet before a Quins game - much more crowded for England. Then pop round the corner to Twickenham Ales brewery tap room for one for the walk to the stadium.”

“Really impressed with my first eyelash lift by Terri. Had my brows done a few days before by Nadia too. Both ladies were professional and made me feel at home... Nearly fell asleep on the heated bed!! Definitely recommend for beauty and hair. I've been going for my hair since the salon opened by George, Emma and Laura. All fab hairdressers. “This place is Magical! It is absolute perfection, the food, the amibiance, and Rubik's beautiful hospitality make you feel like you're coming home after years away. It's the kind of place where you think you'll just pop in for a quick drink or a bite, and the next thing you know you've made new friends, laughed with old ones and realized you never want to leave. And the food, "This is so good I could cry" was said many times! Cheers to Rubik, this might just be one of my favorite dining experiences of all times!”

“We had a fantastic experience of staying at Teddington Lodge. Chi and Vito were super efficient in handling any queries. Quick response and quick action on everything we needed. Will 100% recommend. We stayed in the family room which had everything we needed from excellent hobs to washing machine and dryer. The location of Teddington lodge is ideal with links to Kingston and Hampton. There is a Tesco Express 5 mins walk from the lodge on Broad Street with friendly opening times.”

“Rie from Resoria Flowers did our flowers for our wedding and they were just perfect!! I wanted to stick with white roses, a very clean , simple and timeless look and Rie totally delivered on that. I was pretty specific on how I wanted my bridal bouquet to look like and sent Rie a photo and honestly, she created exactly the same bouquet it was perfection. Rie was great with suggestions for the guest table arrangements, we went back and forth on a few options and the tables looked beautiful. We live locally and Rie ensured that the button holes for the groom and best man were dropped off the morning of the wedding. She also dropped off my bouquet and bridesmaid bouquet to our hotel in Chelsea the morning of the wedding, which made everything so easy. I would highly recommend Resoria Flowers, it was great to support an independent, local business and I would highly recommend them for your wedding or event.”

“I have ordered a few pairs of Lottas in the past and have loved them. I recently ordered another pair, and unfortunately there was a mispackaging. The sticker on the box was what I ordered, but the clogs were not what I ordered. I emailed Lotta’s and they worked to take care of it quickly! They ended up telling me to keep the pair I didn’t order, and were able to send me what I did order within a couple days!”
