"Absolutely horrendous. This is the birthday cake for a 4 year old toddler. Disappointing. And on top of ruining the surprise they charged us for the cake. Edit: After speaking over the phone to the owner, I have removed the word “dishonest” from the review. The owner has offered to return the money if we return the cake and remove this review. Alternatively, he has offered a different cake for my daughters birthday without the design, which is pointless. After disagreeing, I have been told that “the client is not always right”."

"My favourite cafe, not just in Twickenham, but anywhere! Great coffee, delicious Italian/Sicilian treats and the BEST arancini. The service is superb as well, the owner knows his customers, you walk in and he’s already making your usual. In an age of impersonal service from the likes of Costa etc, this is proper service!"
