“Kind staff, perfect location, cheap rooms and nice standard :). I kinda dont understand bad opinions, because I was there for 5 days and everything was perfect. I even left my money, laptop and phone when they were cleaning rooms and everything was just like I left it. Sometimes you need to wait for hot water especially on the 4th floor but that is just gravity, not owners fault.”

“Hands down the best B and B to say not only just in London but I would go as far as saying in the uk. A warm welcome at the door by a lovely family and they make u feel welcomed. Room upgraded at no extra cost. Only 2 of us but gave an extra bed ;). And so kind enough to give us a downstairs ensuite and a cup of tea. Facilities were extraordinary and lovely homey vibe. Thank you for the memories and hand on heart this is one stay I’ll never forget until the next time x”

We are always made to feel so welcome and it’s so lovely when staff remember who you are, as my Grandad is in a wheelchair and requires extra assistance. Little things like this really mean a lot. “Great little guest house, parking on site if pre arranged. Friendly, welcoming host, good bathroom, comfy beds, clean room. Everything you could need. There is a train line behind but there's no horns blaring & the trains are pretty quiet, double glazing does a good job of masking the sound but be aware if you're a light sleeper. We will certainly be back”

“One of the nicest cafe in London. Located just at the borders of Edware Road and Maida Vale. Above the canal. Giving you the impression you have travelled to Venice. Beautiful view of the canal from the bridge, where its located. Great selection of oven baked Pizzas, or English Breakfast. Coffees, teas. Per person is about £15-£20, but worth every penny of it. Regardless how often we have been to this place, we always come back. Staff always friendly and with a smile. See you soon”

“The food is nice. We enjoyed the fish tikka. And the chicken wings. It would be nice to see some soya vegan options. It's becoming a more popular requirement. Waiters were a little slow, not really attitive and it wasn't that busy.”

“Al Balad Lebanese Restaurant is thee best authentic Lebanese food I’ve had in a long time. The service, atmosphere and food was excellent. I would travel all the way from the USA to eat here again! Will be back again.”
