"It is nice but recently it's been a bit of chaos there. Me and my friend went there for a coffee but the place was a mess. The tables were dirty and lots of dirty cups on top. I wasn't pleased to see that! I hope they can fix this.."

"Staff is very unfriendly, rude, cold and they make you feel as if your presence is offensive to them. This is particularly the case with female staff. They look at you up and down, with a rude face and today, one of them handed me the coffee turning her back to me and stretching her arm to hand me the coffee. So rude, it's unbelievable!. I have bought my coffee there many times on my way to work, but today has been the last day. I will not spend my money on that coffee shop again. Nero needs to train their staff better!!"
