And such friendly staff and lovely chef Caron was so lovely with the kids - they got to draw chalk pictures on little blackboards and hang them on the wall. “I recently visited Mabel's Vintage Tearooms with a group of friends, vegetarians and one vegan. Nobody missed out. Everyone was well catered for. The sandwiches, scones and cakes/desserts were absolutely delicious and fresh. They also had beautiful gardens to stroll around. Service was brill. I would def recommend. FYI no walk ins, needs to be booked in advance”

“Olivio's never disappoints! The staff are friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much for them. The ambience is very cosy and comfortable. The food is always finger licking good, portion size is always on the generous size and our plates are so clean you can see your reflection! As an added bonus you can bring your own alcohol! What's not to love?”

“Popped in for a quick lunch on a freezing Friday. Only one member of staff behind the bar and ferrying food, but she did a brilliant job and was extremely friendly. Food was surprisingly good and while not 'cheap', I think it was worth it. Not busy for a Friday lunch, which is a little worrying. I hope to visit again soon.”

“Pleasantly surprised by this hidden little cafe inside King George Recreation Ground. Food was surprisingly good quality. Cooked breakfast is big and delicious, scrambled eggs come with salad and pitta bread. Coffee was good. It's spacious inside with lots of heavy wooden table and chairs. Also dog friendly.
