“What's not to love about Little Bay? Book for the back of the restaurant with the eccentric design and live opera on a Friday (it's better than it sounds, trust me! They literally sing the songs then explain the performance for those who aren't familiar so you understand). The food is great and such amazingly reasonable prices. Am addicted to the mussels and the chicken but they've never quite nailed my steak preference (but that could be more me than them). Highly recommend. Book NOW!”

“The menu is so good, really fresh authentic Thai food. Also options for burgers and traditional pub food which looked great too! The prices are also very reasonable. £8.50 for the curries (including rice) It’s a must! 10/10 ps - lovely staff :)”

“After taking a break from this pub due to the previous management, I visited last night after work and was very impressed with the ambiance, food and great Guiness. This really in pub terms the equivalence of an Oasis. It's like an English country pub, but in Croydon. The vibe is relaxed with enough people to create a good atmosphere, without the craziness of other Croydon pubs. To eat, the had the stew which at £8.50 was amazing value, the main menu is pizza. To drink we had Guiness which was excellent, the wine selection is very good as well. The service was excellent, both efficient and friendly. The other customers, who seemed to be locals, were friendly and welcoming, but not imposing so we could enjoy our drinks and food at our table, and when going to the bar talk and meet other locals. Highly recommended for those who like pubs as pubs, not flashy wine bars, or sports bars, great food and drink, served well by friendly people with a local vibe, but not cliquey. For sure, we will be visiting again,”

“Dined at Taste of Bengal for the first time ever this evening and I have nothing but good things to say. The food was amazing, so flavoursome! Papadoms were offered whilst we decided on our mains and came out warm which was nice. I had a Badshahi Chicken and the Mr had a Chicken Tikka Masala, both had generous amounts of chicken. Sides included the best saag aloo I've had in ages, onion bhaji and garlic naan. Server (didn't catch his name sorry) closed with "we hope to see you again regularly, you'll always be very welcome" such a warm an friendly service. 100% recommend and will definitely be visiting again/ getting take away. “We ordered our first take away (delivery) from Blossom House on Saturday evening and were so impressed. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. I especially liked the soft noodles - highly recommended! We were also most impressed with the professional service. So good to be able to order online as most take away services' telephones are constantly engaged in lockdown. We live in a remote spot but the delivery driver found our house straight away. We will definitely order from Blossom House again.”

“Popular location with good ambience inside.Service was very quick (midweek dinner). Staff were great. Food taste and quality - great Though it's expensive, the quantity of the food is larger than other places to justify Samosa chat - 5*s Kerala fish curry -5*s Desi chicken curry - 4*s Chilly chicken - 4.5*s Butter and Garlic naan - 4*s Fruit juices were just good enough. Staff were so lovely to offer a small cake on my wife's Bday along with a candle on it. Highly recommended restaurant.”

“Not sure about the older reviews - I see mixed opinions; my experience with it - we just ordered from Rajeev after he moved to the Jolly Farmers pub. Food was very nice, arrived quick with no delivery fee and they’ve got a lot of mains in the menu that I never tried / you typically don’t find in most Indian restaurants. We’ll order again surely and looking forward for the summer to eat in at the pub garden.”

“I was surprised at the lower reviews. I have ordered takeaway lunch twice. First I had iddyuppam, the only slightly negative comment I can make was that aubergine portion was pretty small. Yesterday I ordered chicken kottu rotti and chicken curry, both were super tasty and I'll definitely be returning.”

“Food was tasty and nice portion sizes, look forward to coming back and trying more of the food. Service was a little bit slow but they looked like they could do with a couple more staff to help out. Other than that food was a good price and delicious, hope they serve patties and boneless options in the future.”
