“I was totally delighted to meet the chefs and tasted the most delicious ‘pot stickers’ and hand made spring rolls that I have not tasted since a trip to Thailand Years ago. Authentic gorgeous food. Lovely staff and genuinely great food and music. Looking forward to taking friends and family there. Brilliant”

“We had been there for breakfast on January 1st . The food was scrumptious. Coconut chutney was too good. It tasted like homemade coconut chutney which is very hard to find in restaurants . Wonderful ambience. The owners are very friendly. Great place to go with family and friends. If you like traditional South Indian food “Mess” is definitely a go to place. Looking forward to visiting Mess again sometime soon.”

“Great salads, sandwiches, gelato, sorbet and coffee. Nice delicatessen selection of Italian meats pasta, biscuits and cheeses. Quietly situated off New Malden High Street. A great place to sit relax and have a natter, either inside or out.”

“Excellent hidden gem in New Malden serving up excellent Persian fare by the owner-chef. Service is excellent and the dishes full of flavour. The breads are cooked in a traditional tandoor in the dining hall are as fresh as they come. Highly recommended.”

“Very nice quality kebab, and clean shop. Wide selection on the menu. I ordered the lamb shawarma wrap. It's a little bit on the expensive side at £9.00 for a large. But it certainly was tasty! Will be coming here again for sure.”

The kitchen were super attentive about friends food allergies, chef came out for individual chat with her which just made the experience really personal, professional and thoughtful. The team were all great! Really warm and welcoming, providing 5 star service. Really lovely vibe there. The piano and offer of games made the place feel homely and fun! Food was BANGING! Best vegan pizza I’ve ever ‘ad! Although we were only a small group, we are loud and abrasive so difficult to manage sometimes but the team really went above and beyond to make us feel at home and managed our excitable nature very professionally!
