I called at 10:15 this morning for a repair, I was told to bring the car straight away, problem was diagnosed and the part was ordered. I'm sitting here at 13:30 and the repair is already completed! I've had MOT's at Beam many times for previous cars and always felt like they were honest - I'm not taking my new car anywhere else. If you want a garage where you don't have to have that sinking feeling every time you walk in - I'd suggest Beam. They're a shining example that if you don't rip people off, you'll be successful and your reputation will provide all the advertising you need.”

Update Jan ‘23- CB repaired my car after a total break down, tested and replaced defective sensor less than £100 total cost. Another example of them being very fair I think.”
