"I’m very disappointed today with Lexus Hainault because I’m a private hire driver ( as I mean Uber driver) for that reason they don’t check vehicles' hybrid systems & I paid for full service so I'm accepting the same service as another customer. However, one of Lexus's members said they don't do hybrid checks if the vehicle has done over 150k but that's fine they should of inform me but they never did. Also, questions to the Hainault management why do you guys bring people professions into your service plan? I never had a problem with the Lexus Woodford branch. Thank you"
