Booking vehicle in for Service was streamlined, helpful n courteous. Updated through out the day via email n calls for extras which needed attention n replacing. I cannot fault their communication. “We booked to have our tyres inspected / changed because one of them was going flat. Whilst the appointment took a bit longer than they had estimated, the staff were extremely helpful. They showed us a video of the nail in the tyre and explained why they couldn’t legally repair it. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the delivery of the tyres we had chosen, but they gave us tyres of the same quality / value at a discounted price checking first we were happy with that and honestly laying out the options. They kept us informed as we went along and overall were just really friendly, helpful and apologetic. We’re not local, but if we were I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. Top notch customer service”

They provided wonderful advice and knowledge to help us make a decision on whether we could keep the car as a category-S write-off. In the end we did not use them as the car could not be saved. It is refreshing to deal with someone who, when giving advice, had the customer's best interest overruling their own personal financial interest. “I took my car here following a RAC breakdown diagnosis. Motorcare could fit me in a day after I called which was great. There was actually nothing wrong with my car in the end but polite service and didnt charge me for a non need part which any dodgy garage probably would have. I will return for any actual issues I do get with my car!”

“Whilst my beloved BMW 3 series was in the care of the garage, someone had driven erratically through the industrial estate and ended up crashing into my car whilst parked. I immediately received a call from Rich telling me what had happened and invited me down to see him / the damage etc. The garage took full responsibility as it was in their care at the time, so sent my car off to a bodywork specialist to fix the damage. This also included fitting a brand new OEM light from BMW. As a gesture of goodwill, Rich lent me his own car to drive for the time being (BMW X5) and fitted 2 brand new rear shocks to my car, worth £350+. Once my car was returned, it came back as good as new like nothing had ever happened. Very good customer service, and very good mechanics! D A Whiteley autos will become my new garage for sure :)”
