From the moment I contacted them to enquire about the car, the chap on the other end of the phone was lovely, knowledgeable and so helpful. The car was an immaculate example with beautiful cream leather interior and unmarked exterior silver paint work. The car had been prepared to a high standard. Nothing was too much to ask and I required the alloys already in good condition be re polished as I wanted to car to be perfect for my wife as a surprise for her birthday. However, Ash quoted me a very competitive price, he arrived on time, and was happy to carry out the work even though it was hammering down with rain. He kept me informed of his progress, was polite and carried out an outstanding job on both headlights, one of which I was convinced was ready for the bin. Master Diagnosis were able to program a replacement ECU to my car quickly, professionally and most importantly, for a fraction of the price of the BMW dealers.
