"Long waiting times, but they've improved their facilities recently after over a decade; car park is now level & huge crater at the entrance has been fixed, seats available now probably due to the long wait times & complaints, and a decent free vend coffee tea machine."

"Slow service. Place was empty but I had a 20 minute wait for a wiper blade collection. Disappointing. Would rather pay a bit more and go into Halfords. At least it would've been in and out. They need to operate collection service like Screwfix etc."

"Absolutely shocking service...ordered online for some engine oil and only received part of the order..had to chase the rest of the order. Had to ring the place 4 times for the order to be complete. When I rang the first time the person was rude and had me waiting and then could resolve the situation and told me to wait for a call which never happened. I then had to ring them back 3 times after to sort it out."

Very very dissatisfied with whole experience at euro car parts. Shame they can't sort out their act of serving customers promptly."
