They checked my vehicle, said I didn't need new tyres, they could fix the existing one. They could have just replaced it all and I'd not have known or complained. 100% customer facing service - completely admirable - thanks guys! “I've used Hatch End Cars on and off for over 7years for airport trips. Some for business and some for family holidays. For my most recent family holiday (4 adults +3 children +luggage 7 pcs) we had booked a large merc Vito. It was comfortable clean and our driver was very helpful and accommodating. The car arrived on time and got to the airport on time and stress free. Booking a few days in advance and having the WhatsApp confirmation and communication makes HEC very reassuring. Our return was booked at the same time and when we arrived at the airport the immigration queues were horrendous over 1hr waits. I simply replied via their WhatsApp message confirmation to inform HEC and within minutes the driver called to reassure me that he is around the corner and will wait for my call before entering the airport parking. Smooth, easy, reliable and great communication is what you need after a long flight and airport immigration chaos. 100% recommend Hatch end cars. I will never go elsewhere. Another group of out same family did not book HEC- cancelled booking at short notice and didn't even turn up for pick up as they got the date wrong even after calling to confirm the day before. Go with HEC you will not be let down.”

They have been 100% reliable, fantastic service and always deliver the car back to me repaired - SAFE - and at a very reasonable cost. An example of how fantastic their personal service to my husband and I was demonstrated today. During an inspection of his car, my husband's iphone slipped down through the engine cavity and was lost. Without any quibble or hesitation, the car was seen to immediately. Danny got the car on the ramps. Took bits off it and dug around with a torch. The phone was miraculously produced from underneath the complicated mechanics and restored in perfect condition. All this and NO CHARGE - I guess this is the sort of fantastic thoughtful service that he offers to all his regular customers. Thank you Danny and Marie.”
