“Tend to use this Halfords regularly for both car's MOT's as short walk from home so convenient to drop off and walk back without feeling like I'm going out of the way. Last week got 2 tyres and full wheel alignment and very happy with the work. This week major service booked in, couple of bits needing topping up/replacing all done future advisories given and Antonio, manager, was very friendly and helpful as well as giving advice on how to get some money off/back (e.g. through free motoring club sign up).”

“I was travelling back up North on the M25 when my runflat tyre decided to split on the inner edge. I needed to pull off sharpish and to get it looked at. I managed to find a KwikFit at the Causeway, Staines. Kristian S and Maywand H couldn't have been more helpful and managed to get my car on the ramp in no time at all, they identified the issue with the split tyre and another bulge on the other tyre too. Priced up some new Pirelli PZERO and told me about the available deals to save me some cash online through the website. The two guys checked my front tyres too and advised on current condition. I also told them about the aircon system not blowing cold air and they even managed to fit me in for a regas straight after! I could not rate these guys working at KwikFit highly enough. “I did bit of shop around before finally decide to drop the car. They ask me £230 to fix the car. But to my surprise when I went to collect the car they only charge me £170. The owner of the garage explained me that the cost of the parts were less. I was really impressed with their honesty and they did complete the job on time. Very polite and professional!!! “If you’re going to leave fake reviews about a reputable business. Don’t get your friends to do it all on the same day!! My Dad has been using this garage for years and when i drove down from Lincoln to Hayes for a family holiday I hit a pot hole and damaged my car quite significantly. I left him my keys and the car and by the time we got home a week later my car was fixed and I was able to drive the 150 miles home with no issues. Whenever I call my Dad with something wrong with my car he always asks if it can wait until I’m visiting to get it fixed here. Absolutely amazing customer service and I would trust him with my car a million times over.”
