“Somebody dented my car whilst it was parked outside of my house, right on the bottom of the rear quarter panel. After another dent repair company said the only solution was to respray the side of the car, I called Jack to get a second opinion. Lesson learned - I should have called him first! He arrived on time, said he could fix it, quoted me an entirely reasonable price, and did it there and then. I also asked him to remove a tiny crease in one of the doors which he also did at the same time. All in, I reckon he took an hour and both the problems have entirely disappeared. So glad I called and didn't take the word of the first company. I have no hesitation in recommending Jack.”

“I came in for a number plate. The young guy behind the counter who deals with the plates was really friendly and helpful. However the product that was sold to me was not the quality I would have expected from a 4.9* place. I went there coz the reviews were so good. The number plate lettering was really faded due to the machine being faulty. I was disappointed but since then I have been offered a full replacement and a humble apology. This goes a long way to customer needs, thank you very much. I would highly recommend to go the store for your local car and motorbike accessories.
