Managed to drive damaged car constantly topping up fluid on route for 5 miles only to get there and for him to dismiss me saying he can't do anything and he is busy. Didnt even bother to come across and have a look or talk man to man. Waste of time, effort and lack of empathy. Egotistical as well."

I have tried to call them well over a dozen times on several occasions and have not once managed to speak to them, I popped in once and the front desk wasn't manned either. I have tried at all different times of the day as well, and tried on different days. They might be good going by a lot of other reviews. Sadly my experience with them is that they are uncontactable, and I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my car with them when it's so difficult to speak to anyone"
