I told them I was tight for time and that the cab had to be punctual. Even though there was a lot of traffic the taxi turned up on time. For my journey back I changed the agreed pick-up time at short notice which they agreed to. A couple of hours later I changed it again, to earlier. The company still accommodated me and sent a cab.
