"I would give this place zero stars if possible. The staff stared at me the whole time. There were multiple free agents, none of which chose to attend to me. I cannot speak for the brand as a whole, but this branch and its employees are horrible. Please go to a different agent."

"incredible difficult to get a hold of. I had to ask five times for the answer to a simple question (what is the price change for the next possible flight). As I was in a completely different time zone, the back and forth conversation over email, asking the same question was over a three day period. I gave up on emailing and decided to ring. I was on hold for over a hour. Once I spoke to someone at the other end they were great, but it should not take 4 days total and hours on the phone to get the answer for a simple request."
