I had a problem with my cooling system sensors and kept going into limp mode which Custom Werks fit me in last minute to order the genuine bmw parts and installed them as well as keeping me updated on the progress. “Took my BMW 114i in with a drivetrain warning issue, Raj within 2 days sourced the issue and gave me an in-depth overview of what the issue is and how to fix it, he then ordered the parts same day and sent me an invoice which highlighted a breakdown of the costs, came to a total of £860 for a turbo pressure actuator repair which due to the amount of labour needed actually worked out a lot cheaper than it should of been. Raj kept me informed throughout this repair and the end result is top quality, managed to do the repair in around a week of having the car which is excellent.
