“Big thanks to Matt at the Barking branch who went above and beyond for me today. The system was down so none of my local branches were able to confirm the exact brake calipers I required, after having purchased incorrect ones (even though I used my Reg to verify fitment) he found a way around ECP's technical issue at the time (ie sourcing my vehicles PR code) in order to confirm the exact parts I needed, it was quite urgent as my car was awaiting parts at my local garage on a ramp. Matt was helpful from the outset, whilst waiting for my parts I noticed he had a good rapport with the other customers in branch as well. Make sure you guys at ECP look after him, he's a great asset to the company, quite the opposite to the service at the Bow branch that frequently displays little to no telephone etiquette plus don't alert you when your parts have arrived via click and collect. I'll deffo be purchasing from the Barking branch from here on out!”

“Great car service. Understandably need to pay in advance if they are collecting you from an airport. Very friendly controllers and clean prompt cars. They were very understanding when I had to re arrange a car several times after flights were delayed and cancelled coming back to London.”

“I called Commercial Cars for the first time late last night, a text confirmed the booking, arrived on time, and the driver was polite and professional. I just had to leave a glowing review. I'd been travelling for 19 hours, due to weather delays, and I was so tired I left my laptop in the back of the car. This morning I called and there was no sign of it, but I assumed the driver had been on nights and would still be asleep so I emailed my details. This evening I rang again and immediately the controller said yes we have your laptop, I just picked it up and he was so nice. The driver got a small token of appreciation to thank him for kindly returning it. They now have a new customer!”

So far both items appear to be working good. Both items supply and fit, reasonable prices for parts and labour.”

“Had an issue with back bumper. The team did a great job. Matched the paint etc and gave the car back cleaner than I'd handed in. The best thing about HSA was that they communicated really well throughout the process. Costs timelines pick up etc etc. Super stress free, given not having your car is stressful. Will now take Mrs car and have recommended a few other people. All positive experiences so far. One area for improvement, they were super busy, need a couple more people (admin side) to help when it comes time to pick up the car or drop off etc etc.”

I went to get air put in my tyres, having been to three service stations which were all out of air, and Kwik telling me there would be a two hour wait for air. Wayne was absolutely lovely, was able to fill my tyres right away, and also helped me work out why the tyre pressure indicator didn't immediately go off. Will definitely be going there again, and highly recommend this garage to all!”
