"Had an issue with back bumper. The team did a great job. Matched the paint etc and gave the car back cleaner than I'd handed in. The best thing about HSA was that they communicated really well throughout the process. Costs timelines pick up etc etc. Super stress free, given not having your car is stressful. Will now take Mrs car and have recommended a few other people. All positive experiences so far. One area for improvement, they were super busy, need a couple more people (admin side) to help when it comes time to pick up the car or drop off etc etc."
