“I have been bringing my dog here for almost a year now for regular check ups, I was recommended by many of my colleagues. I have been to a few other clinics and k9 by far has the best customer service. they provide the best support and guidance trust to their experience. I specifically give Ali a call and he arranges the most convenient times for me and even grooms my dog so she’s smelling nice and fresh for the journey home !”

“To put it simply, Beth is amazing. She has a wealth of knowledge about a range of animals and is super reliable. When your dog is in her care, she will treat and care for it as her own! She ensures that she will teach dogs in her care basic training and recall before she even thinks of letting them off their leads or long lines, if you choose to have your dog in a group walk she will put together dogs that she think will get along and slowly introduces them, my dog loves her walks with Beth. 5 stars all the way”

“Would absolutely recommend Demmi to anyone, trusting someone with your dog is a massive deal but there was no doubt as soon as I met Demmi. Nala adores her walks and I always know she will be safe and well looked after. Demmi is easy to get along with and 100% couldn’t say a bad word about the Canine retreat!”

“We took our 1 year old rescue German Shepherd/Husky to be groomed today not knowing how he would react. We were made to feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. Marley was happy to poodle off to be groomed. He came back to us wagging his tail looking and smelling gorgeous. Thank you so much for looking after him and treating him so well. “Twickenham Veterinary Surgery offer a really personal service. I like it because it is not a chain of surgeries. Mostly the vets have been there a long time and you get to know them, so they know you and your pets. When one of my cats was run over and killed, one of the vets rang me to say how sorry she was. I was really touched. I feel I can trust their recommendations and they will make sure treatment is really necessary and not offered to make money. It's not my nearest vets, but well worth going out of your way to join them.”

“Great little vets. Took my cat for a second opinion as previous vet had no idea what was wrong and she had been ill for weeks. Very knowledgeable vet at Clover Street started immediate treatment and within 2 days she was on the mend. One week later almost fully recovered. Very friendly caring environment too.”

“I recently signed up after moving back from Europe with my Frenchie. They helped with all the record transfers and were able to bring us onboard seemlessly. On top of that it's a really welcoming, friendly practice with plenty of parking. Always give price options and suggest ways to even do things so its covered under your existing plans. Highly recommended.”

“Sarah and the team at Woodham Lane Vets have been wonderful with Bella, she had a large cyst that other vets said they had to amputate a toe to get rid of it. Sarah happily gave me a second opinion and was reassuring, Bella now has all of her toes and no cyst! The care we received was second to none and the advice and follow up care was brilliant! Amy and Patsy were always friendly and helpful and Bella got lots of snuggles! We have now moved vet practices and have got both our dogs at Woodham Lane Vets and have also registered to their Healthy Pet Club. Thanks again for looking after our old girl so so well!”

“Reading some of these comments I'm appalled! I have been using this vet for over 13 years and would never go anywhere else. My dog had so many issues since she was a pup and the vet was amazing, informative and compassionate on each and every single visit/operation we had. I trusted him wholeheartedly and he helped my dog live a long and happy life. Staff are amazing but as a vet, Mr T is absolutely amazing and I can't thank him and the staff anymore for what they did for my dog Skye.”

“I needed an emergency appointment for my pet and was panic calling multiple vets. Another vet who couldn't see me recommended Beaumont. I called and spoke to Mandy on reception who was fantastic. She was one of the kindest people I have ever spoken too and very empathetic and got me booked in for an appointment within the hour I called. She was very clear with what to expect and was happy to explain the costs involved to me. All the vets I eventually saw at Beaumont were so kind and their treatment was excellent. They treated my pet so kindly and explained everything so clearly to me. I was also seen by an Australian sounding vet (apologise as I cannot remember their name) but they were so kind and cheered me up in a difficult time. Thank you so much :)”

“Our kitten Jake spent his holidays at the Village Cat Hotel in Caterham. It was his first time at a cat hotel and we had been a bit anxious, hoping that he would be happy there while on a family holiday. Emma could not have been more lovely and sympathetic to how we were feeling when dropping him off. She showed us around and allows us to stay to feel confident leaving him. She explained procedures and we asked any questions we needed to. I hope away, we got a Jake update every two days, with pictures and it honestly cemented our choice of cat hotel. We missed him so much and this really helped! She told us all about how he had settled and what he got up to every day. It completely put us at ease and showed that she really got him. We have already booked him in for his next holiday in October. We would highly recommend for anyone!”

“Sadly on my last visit I had to have my cat put to sleep. He had cancer. And was getting a lot of pain. He was so brave and hid his illness so well as cats do. The vet was so kind to us explaining it all. She let us say goodbye on our own she let us stay with him till the end. Worst day of our lives. Made a little better but kind people at House & Jackson.”

“We've been with Shenfield vets for around a year now and they have always been helpful and compassionate with the problems our dog has. Never feel rushed and, given the costs of obtaining the ongoing medication our dog needs, they offered to give us a private prescription so that we can buy the meds on the internet for half the cost. Definitely recommend this practice, one of the best I've ever belonged to.”
