“We booked to have our tyres inspected / changed because one of them was going flat. Whilst the appointment took a bit longer than they had estimated, the staff were extremely helpful. They showed us a video of the nail in the tyre and explained why they couldn’t legally repair it. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the delivery of the tyres we had chosen, but they gave us tyres of the same quality / value at a discounted price checking first we were happy with that and honestly laying out the options. They kept us informed as we went along and overall were just really friendly, helpful and apologetic. We’re not local, but if we were I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. “This has to be one of the best Prem inns my daughter and I have stayed at. Peaceful and a brilliant sleep. Enough free parking and the breakfast the next day was also the best and we have been to a lot of Prem inns. I think chef was Rav and he cooked our breakfast perfect.”
