Sat down, Callum asked what my goal is, he listened carefully and delivered an absolute professional quality haircut and taper fade. During the haircut he was making strategic cuts to suit my hairstyle and head shape for symmetry and perfection. The carers all seem lovely and dependable and we were impressed by the tour of the nursery. Lots of communication and regular photos/updates over the Famly app, too, which is important to us. “We had the pleasure of staying here for New Year's Eve and News Year Day. The service was fantastic from arrival to departure. Immaculate hotel, rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The service in the bar and restaurant was superb too, the bar/restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. They adapted changes to the food choices without any hesitation to ensure our 3 children were satisfied. The cleaning staff left our rooms gleaming and there was literally nothing to fault. The manageress of the cleaning staff, who was also first aid trained was absolutely superb at supporting us on new years day as our youngest had quite a dramatic nose bleed, she was so calm and experienced,that her presence and guidance helped immediately, literally can't thank her enough for her help . And Nothing was a bother, and it helped us feel at total ease, especially with 3excitable children who were desperate to visit Harry Potter's Studio on New Year's Day. The shuttle bus was also just a 5minute walk from the hotel, which was another bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for quality service, location smd fantastic customer service from all of the staff and would have no hesitation to visit again or another of the Leonardo Hotels.”

“We had a fantastic stay. We used it as a base to visit the Harry Potter studio tour which was only a ten minute drive away. The hotel was beautiful and clean and staff very helpful. The room was kitted out with a little fridge so my youngest could have her yoghurt in the morning. Breakfast staff very accommodating to my 2 excited children and because it was my sons birthday we even got an extra treat in our room and a birthday card for him which made his day. Short walk to town centre and Watford train station so will come again for London trip next year!”

“I attended the Les Mills Launch last weekend. The energy and enthusiasm of the instructors Tara, Lidiya, Dan and the rest of the crew was amazing. so lucky to have such fantastic instructors and I look forward to continuing on my fitness path with them and trying out some of the new classes. The club has undergone a refurbishment recently and new equipment is being added. Great gym, terrific instructors and really helpful gym and reception staff”

“I’ve been having acrylic nails done for over 16 years and this was honestly the best set I have ever had!! I’ve wanted an ombré set for the longest time, and hadn’t had long long nails since pre covid so I was desperate to have the perfect holiday ombré acrylics and the beautiful Eniko came through. I was her last client of the day and but bless her she really put her effort in to make sure every detail was perfect and I LOVE my nails. She has such a lovely and bright personality too which made the experience that muchi better. Cannot recommend her enough and I can’t wait to get my nails done again here ❤️”

“My mother stayed here on night of the 12th Feb as we had just finished a holiday, I live local and she needed help getting to the train station early in the morning. We arrived late and was greeted by the night shift manager/ supervisor who was on reception. He was brilliant and very helpful. My mother told me in the morning that he even helped her with breakfast as she was the first one up!! Brilliant customer service by the supervisor (who I understand cycles locally to work on his push bike). Excellent work, well done to him! 5 stars”
