In London, I normally stop at the County Hall Premier Inn but due to the ideal location for going to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge I decided to switch it up. We booked into an accessible room to cater for my mum, which had plenty of space. The room and bathroom were clean and of the usual Premier Inn standard, can not complain for the price or location.”

Breakfast was hot and plentiful with good variety. We had two evening meals which were hot and well presented . Everywhere was clean neat and tidy. We would return in the future . Only down side thought car parking was expensive £24 Thank you to you all .”

● Open“I stayed here for 3 days and really enjoyed it. It started off well with super accommodating luggage storage and the front desk people were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and modern with nice and convenient touches plus daily housekeeping kept it fresh. The shower/bath was lovely too. The location was also nice as well with Kensington High St a short walk away with shops, cafes, restaurants and a tube station. I would for sure stay there again next time I’m in London.”

They were also very understanding of dietary restrictions, and made an excellent vegan pizza for me. The place is certainly child friendly, has what looks like easy access for wheelchairs, and a couple of parking spots outside, though they're not reserved for customers. My only complaint is that I like my pizzas a little more crisp, but I'm sure they would have obliged if I had only told them that.”

All the food was very, very good and I liked the extras such as a tray of salad and the free starter offer. Delivery guy was friendly, had the exact change ready and wasn't expecting a tip (he got one though). Will definitely be ordering again from them.”
