I had a recurring problem with my Golf (which no one else could fix) and whilst it wasn’t easy to resolve they were extremely fair, patient and helpful and finally found the problem. I can’t say how fed up I was and now enjoy driving my car again. I will definitely go back there for all my maintenance etc. Highly recommended.”

“Awesome team of ex-Volkswagen Audi Group technicians lead by Lee. I have been here many times and always been impressed. The last visit was no exception. VGS fitted me in within a couple of days, we’re happy to fit parts that I supplied, were able to provide me with a loan car (even though I only asked on arrival to drop my car off!!) and they had finished the job (replacing front discs & pads) in around an hour! I highly recommend these guys!”

“New owners, been here twice now, very impressed. They was just closing up when I arrived tonight (5/4/22) but they were happy to let me in. The chicken is f**king amazing. there are no other words! Chips equally as good, next time I'll have some fish. Staff really friendly. Great decor too and spotlessly clean. I've lived in the area for 40+ years and will be coming here much more. “Not vegan but we visited this café a few days ago and had a fantastic lunch. Two really delicious salads with pitta bread and roast (??) veg. Meant to take a pic of food but ate it all so a pic of empty plates instead. : ) There are also sausage rolls and paninis. There are lovely cakes too and I loved the vanilla cheesecake . Everything freshly prepared and cooked. Very clean place and friendly staff who are happy to explain vegan food. Would be nice if they had something written down explaining more about vegan food though; meat substitute salad dressings etc.. Don't be put off by vegan food - its delicious! Will be back soon.”

“I don’t usually write these kind of things - but recently I’ve had some exceptional service so thought I would highlight for others. My daughters car has been a real pain with the electrics - so I took the car into Double Dee Bromley - for a start the diagnostics was v quick which gave me the opportunity to choose what to do - aka get the work done or get rid of the car - I left the car with Double Dee for 24 hours, and they managed to source the parts cheaper than they originally quoted - I must say, I was surprised that there are still good honest garages out there - not sure of the chaps name, but just wanted to say a massive thank you it was a huge relief for my daughter and I.”
