Antonio listened carefully to our objectives, carefully steered us away from ideas that wouldn’t have worked and suggested things that we would not have thought of ourselves - from attending a wonderfully entertaining Three Tenors concert in Sorrento to staying at the enchanting Botania Relais & Spa on Ischia. He was always readily available before and during the holiday to discuss and adjust details. For example, when we decided - at late notice - to spend the final day of the holiday in Naples, en route from Ischia to the airport, Antonio arranged for us to leave our luggage in storage at a hotel there while we explored the city. Congratulazioni, Antonio - hai colpito la palla fuori dal parco!”
