"I can’t praise the Crayford branch of TUI enough! I have booked my holidays through them for more than 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are helpful, friendly and very professional, and I feel looked after whenever dealing with them. I have recently had a major issue with P&O, which is now sorted, but the support and help given by the store was amazing! While all the staff are great, I would like to praise Lee, the manager, for his support, and Evren, who I book all my holidays with. Evren’s knowledge of places and resorts is unrivalled. And the interest he takes in the needs of his clients is outstanding. He will always advise if the place I choose will be suitable for me and what I usually look for, which is a service that can’t be bought. Priceless!"
