I had the lettuce bacon and avocado salad as a main and there was plenty of it, it was delicious and I’d come back just for this salad. My other half had the chicken roast and he said it was really good. We also had all the side dishes to the roast: also very good! I recommend the Douro if you like a rich red wine, very good value. The staff was really good too, especially as it was very busy as we came in at 4.30pm. They deserve the 5 stars as far as I’m concerned.”

We were greeted as we arrived by Karen and she showed us to her table. We all had Roast Dinner and it was amazing, loads of food.... the cauliflower cheese was fully loaded, enough vegetables for all of us and the roast dinner’s were just yummy. We had so much food we couldn’t manage dessert. We will definitely be going back there.”

● Open“A Lovely meal. We had the 12oz fillet steak & it was served piping hot & cooked to perfection. We also had the BBQ chicken & ribs upgrading to the full rack. We were offered skinny fries or chunky triple cookies chips and we both chose the latter. We added a side of chunky slaw & beer battered onion rings. All the food was very good. After this we were full so didn't order pudding so will have to return. Our server Emma was very helpful and is a real asset to this Beefeater. We'll done Emma & all the staff at the Tattenham corner Beefeater. We will definitely return.”
