She listened to my concerns patiently, never dismissed my concerns (even if they seemed silly), and provided professional advice and service. She is very assuring and I had never had such a wonderful experience going to a dentist appointment. Her dental practice is conveniently located at the heart of Wimbledon (right next to the tube), the place itself is clean and spacious, and her team is equally as friendly and professional. Highly recommend.”

“Oh man, I think I have found my new barbers. Fred cut my hair and he listened to everything I had to say about it and paid attention to my concerns (I am slightly thinning at the front). His attention to detail was perfect and my hair looks amazing. Then it came time for my beard. He explained step by step how he was going to tidy it up and shape it and when he did cut it he followed the contour of my face and kept the length whilst still doing a great job in keeping it tidy. First of all, the pharmacy is a great health structure that will be an example for other health scientists. “I really love this concept. This was my second time in London and eating at Flat Iron this year and they didn't disappoint. Once you walk in, they get you seated, bring you a cup of popcorn immediately while you're waiting for the service to make your order. The steak is delicious and once you're paying you'll get a small "coin" for an exchange for the ice cream at the bar as you're leaving. I love this concept! No extra charges for the popcorn and ice cream. Good job!”

“It's a great gym, really clean and well kept, with top quality equipment and a lot of offered classes. The locker room facilities are top notch and the staff are helpful. There's even a pool, sauna, and steam room. Membership is a little pricey if you don't take advantage of the classes, but it's a cut above every other place I've trained at.”

“After the first night of my first stay at this hotel, I have to tell you I'm really warming up to the property. Important to contrast, I usually visit London and stay on the north side of the Thames. This first overnight on the south and east side is proving to be very acceptable. Now about the Dixon in particular... I have seen several reviews site. A lack of hospitable service from the front desk and others that can be not farther from the truth in my initial check-in experience warm and welcoming staff not only expeditiously checked me in. Saw to an upgraded room and insisted on helping guide me to the elevator and overall very positive and endearing experience. The lobby as my included pictures demonstrate is outstanding. The integration of the historic property with modern touches is intriguing. And while I had initial concerns about noise level, given that my room faced immediately onto the major thoroughfare slept wonderfully. As of time of this writing, I have not utilized food and beverage on property. So I cannot speak to the level of performance of staff or robust quality of the dining experience. But I give this location a hardy five stars.”

“Super Hotel, amazing staff, best location ! We were there for 7 nights with a family of 5 so we booked 2 rooms. The hotel is easily accessible from Waterloo underground or Waterloo train station. The entrance & lobby are spotless and spacious. The front desk staff are amazing, thank you Ana and Francesca for all your help ! The rooms were really spacious, comfortable, clean, and all the fittings were in good working order. With a large selection of TV channels and a kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits, just right for a quick relax. The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone, whether you like a full English breakfast or something more "continental", it's all there. I used the workout room nearly everyday, it's well stocked with enough equipment to easily work off those extra breakfast calories. The concierge service was very useful and the people there were wonderfully helpful. I had some packages delivered there prior to our arrival, stored luggage there and booked a car to take us back to the airport. Thank you ! All in all we would love to come back to this wonderful hotel. If you are in London and looking a great hotel in a perfect location, this is the one for you.”
