“A must-try while in London! I seriously cannot recommend this place enough, absolutely no regrets. The food is fresh, filling and tastes amazing. Staff are very welcoming and kind, giving an overall wonderful experience! Joojeh breast was very tasty, lamb biryani was very filling, the koobideh was so yummy and juicy, and the naan with the oil and spices added the finishing touch. Paired with the classic saffron rice, these are classic dishes served right. Hats off to the chef for the incredible meals! We'll be back the next time we are in London.”

“I enjoyed a lovely lunch meal and service. Prices are great here for what you get I would say, certainly not too expensive. My Nephew ordered the Iskender Kebab, and I ordered the Chicken Beyti which came with rice and salad. We had a little more than half, and we were both full, although it was delicious, we couldn’t finish off. Service was fast, but nothing to really complain about. Initial wait time was good, the service and staff were not too pushy but did come and ask us if we needed any help from time to time.”

“I opted for the crayfish party menu with bottomless Prosecco (£45pp). The crayfish came with a side salad which was lovely and fresh, a cheese pie and the dessert was a creamy vanilla ice cream with strawberries. Food was delicious and staff very attentive, we never had to request a refill in the bottomless drinks and I was surprised with a lovely slice of cake for my birthday as a surprise! We finished the meal off with shots of aquavit, lingonberry cocktails and a traditional Nordic song. They do nice coffee too. I’d definitely recommend.”

Food was delicious and our server Marco was really friendly and went the extra mile. “I made a visit to the try the food at the Barking Road branch with a friend of mine. I had the Okro-Ogbono soup with beef and pounded yam. The other options were assorted meats (including shaki/tripe) and fish however, the beef option was plenty enough for me. The food is warm, flavourful and has a perfect amount of spice. It was perfect for my taste palette as I enjoy spicy food. The staff explained the meat and fish options to me clearly and were friendly to us. I recommend you to have a try if you're ever near Canning Town in East London! PS. We had a conversation with a lady whilst waiting for our meal and she clarified to me that Nigerian people eat there regularly so thats how you know its lit.”
