“I had the pleasure of visiting waitrose in South Harrow today as I wanted to compare it with my local Ruislip branch which always seems to have empty shelves,fridges & freezers and is pretty poor by comparison, I think someone from head office should go and take a look and remodel the Ruislip branch on the South Harrow branch which in my opinion is how all waitrose stores should be, how can it be that the two stores can be so different?”

“Asda at South Harrow is the nearest supermarket I do my shopping , the staff are so nice and friendly few weeks ago I had a problem with my Asda App the gentleman helped me rot sorted out unfortunately I forgot to get his name but this morning such a lovely lady was working at self check out offered me help and she was so nice I asked her name was Aseiah hope I spelled her name correctly. “I normally do pop in from time to time and get a wax or brows done, but I was a bit late on Christmas Eve and the ladies fit me in and I had the great pleasure of having my wax done by one of the ladies Mamta. Mamta was very knowledgeable and because of this I had the best wax, her technique kept pain to a limit and I would recommend this place, customer service is good. Jaz also did my eyebrows and she was quick and shaped was perfect. Thanks again keep up the great work.”

“I attended the Health Pharmacy for my booster as they are one of the few vaccination centres that offer the Astra Zeneca . I have an autoimmune disease and also suffer from anaphylaxis so I wanted to find a centre where I could have the Astra Zeneca as a booster as I had not reacted badly to my first two vaccinations and did not want to risk taking a Moderna or Pfizer vaccine as a booster as I would not know if I would react to it. . Kiran and Rupal did the appropriate checks to ascertain my conditions before administering the booster and the service and care I received was first class, with precautions taken to stay at the pharmacy for 30 minutes afterwards to ensure I did not react. I turned up unannounced and Michelle was an absolute treasure making time to see me to discuss my needs and then managed to find time on another day for my daughter and I to visit her shop to look at her dresses. Having met my daughter Michelle completely got what she wanted and why, which was great. We now have a very happy young lady , a beautiful dress and shop we will definitely visit again.
