“This is the best salon in Deptford, or maybe even the best in London. They listen to you, they look after you, and they give you a great haircut. If you want a wash and trim it's fab. if you want bright orange hair they do that amazingly too and give you special conditioner to protect it. They don't care about your gender, sexulaity or anything like that. LGBT friendly; they just have no need for a rainbow flag. Well done The Box Deptford.”

Huge variety of classes, energetic/motivating trainers (Adam's 20-count is forever burned into my subconscious), high-quality equipment, and a no-nonsense venue that only adds to the gritty workouts. I've signed up for group classes, one-to-ones, and joint sessions. Highly recommend any and all of them. This place is exemplary in every sense.”

“Been a member here for a couple of months now. Pound for pound it's the best gym in the area, especially when you consider the ridiculous prices David Lloyd Northwood are charging. The gym is usually not too crowded, maybe slightly so at peak times but that's to be expected. Good range of weights and machines, and also other functional areas. I don't make full use of all the facilities but for what I need it for, it's very good and so far very welcoming. There is a wide range of people of all ages and fitness levels which is also good to see.”

“Our AEG condenser tumble dryer is 7.5 years old so out of warranty, and suddenly stopped rotating but was still blowing hot air. It doesn't get a lot of use, but I'd expect it to have a longer lifespan. Ali came to take a look 3 days after I got in touch, verified what he'd deduced to be the problem based on my explanation and a video I'd sent to him, and a couple of days later he came back to fit the 3 required spare parts. We're hoping this repair keeps the dryer running for a few more years. Professional service, tidy work - thanks.”

“I’ve been going to the ladies morning classes for about 1 month now with no previous martial arts experience and it’s been so lovely. The instructor, Jess, is really welcoming of all abilities and is really adaptable. The classes have a great mix of longer term skill development and new skills each time. I gather the dojo has evening classes to but the morning ones I find are a great place to start off getting fit and learning something new.”

“It's a great gym, really clean and well kept, with top quality equipment and a lot of offered classes. The locker room facilities are top notch and the staff are helpful. There's even a pool, sauna, and steam room. Membership is a little pricey if you don't take advantage of the classes, but it's a cut above every other place I've trained at.”

Damon (coach) is very skillful and has a keen eye in seeing what you are doing wrong and how to improve your technique. The training at Singdayt is at the same level, if not better than the training you get in Thailand!”

“So I came here to get my Covid Vaccination. This is actually some sort of sports (football and rugby) training centre. I get the impression it has affiliations with England (both FA and English Rugby). But I can't comment on this. In terms of Vaccination, this was very efficient. I parked up and after checking some details I was led inside to a cubicle where a medical professional asked me some routine questions. Then I got the jab. Took all of about 5 secs..! Was told to wait on my car for 15 mins before driving. All in all very efficient.”

“I've been swimming here regularly for many years, and I really love the place. The main pool is clean and flooded with natural light, and rarely too crowded. I recently had reason to make a complaint, and the management really went out of their way to understand the problem and put it right. I was impressed by the time they took to listen, and their willingness to find a way forwards. It's so important to have facilities like this in our community - we're lucky to have this center.”
