As before, Emma provided us with a 5 star service... she is so friendly and professional, and our cat comes home looking so calm, sleek, shiny and with a lovely goody bag! With regular contact from Emma and email pictures throughout our holiday, we were happy to see Malteser enjoying her playtime with Emma in Longcroft, using the climbing frame and snoozing in her luxury suite...”

“Super cool B&B with great privacy in comfortable rooms but friendly hostess on hand also if needed. Lovely, calm relaxed place to stay close to London and to a great selection of neighbourhood restaurants.”

“We needed accommodation for our 8 month old kitten, Minty, at quite short notice, for a long weekend. Longcroft Norbury were able to accommodate, and Robbie was so polite and helpful from the start. We were nervous about leaving Minty in the hotel as it was her first time away and she's a little timid, but we really needn't have been. The care and attention even before she arrived, and the daily updates (detailed emails and many pictures!) from Robbie on how she was doing really put us at ease. She looked like she had a great time, and we didn't need to worry about her at all for the whole weekend. She came back relaxed, happy and smelling lovely too (am sure she probably wanted to stay longer). She left with a little goodie bag including a feather wand that's now one of her favourite toys. We wouldn't hesitate to check Minty into Longcroft again the next time we need to, or recommend it to others. Thanks Robbie!”

“Myself and my partner had a belated romantic getaway to this unique hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The hotel itself is stunning inside and like being inside one of the finest Georgian houses of 19th century London. It is sparkling and spotless but also beautifully warm and cosy too. We were made to feel so at home and welcome. We arrived early and the lovely staff on reception took our bags and gave us a choice of 3 luxurious lounges to choose from while our room was finished. We had a delightful private lounge area next to our bedroom (Odabiah Shuttleworth was the quirky room name). ALL of the staff seem genuinely happy and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We ate out for lunch and just had M&S nibbles in our room for the evening and although there’s no restaurant the room service menu looked lovely. The (hot) breakfast tray in our room the next morning (can also have in one of the lounges) had such attention to detail and was another, of the many highlights. An experience to remember and we’re now thinking of checking out the other hotels by the same group.”

Also, the room and bed is cozy and well decorated. It’s a very new hotel but it feels like they’ve got everything down to a T.”

“We've been bringing our dog to Spoilt Rotten in Chalfont since he was a puppy - starting with puppy pamper sessions and now his regular grooms. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the fact that Humphrey is always happy to see them and be left at the shop is all the review I need!”

“Just got back from our honeymoon at hotel 41. They took very good care of us! Everyone knew our name and was always there to help right away. They genuinely care about the guest and try getting to know them. Asking how their day went and suggesting things to do. I have never stayed at a hotel like this before and will be back!”

“My daughter & I spent 9 nights here before the beginning of her study-abroad program. We'd selected a hotel in eastern London to be closer to the Goldsmith's campus; this was lucky for us as we happened to be there during the funeral for Queen Elizabeth II (thus we were well out of the way of the crowds and closed-off streets). The room was comfortable and had a great shower. Loved the comfort of the beds and pillows. Room service was fast and great. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel is 2 or 3 minutes from a Tube station which was very convenient. The Tower of London/Tower Bridge was about 8 minutes walking time away. Felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood and many pubs & restaurants were within 20 minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Lovely little hotel, very quaint but also professional. Rooms are absolutely gorgeous. Attentive service too! Location is literally around the corner from Hampton wick station and it's only 30 minutes on the train to Waterloo so you're not far from central London.”

“I booked this hotel for my girlfriends birthday and she loved it! Everything was perfect from the decorations to the jacuzzi… very easy check in, comfortable bed and a clean spacious room. I have no complaints I would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again very soon”

“Definitely a nicer hotel than usual for us, but still very reasonable, especially for London. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful room, with lots of nice touches, even a rubber ducky for the bathtub. Perfect location right by the South Kensington tube stop. Great neighborhood with lots of bakeries (Gail's!!!) and eateries.”

“The afternoon tea here was absolutely phenomenal. My two children (8 and 5) were so thrilled with the cute and delicious food, and the wonderful atmosphere. The best highlight was our server, Hafize. She was so thoughtful and kind, but also took her time to develop a personal connection with us. My girls adored her too, she was so sweet with them. We left with our bellies and hearts full!”

“This is a great little independent hotel with fantastic service. The rooms are simple but comfortable, and the location is conveniently close to Victoria, but far enough away that it's quiet. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I can't recommend it enough.”

“Beautifully appointed and conveniently located boutique-feel hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Our stay was made super comfortable by our room's spacious layout, a fabulously plush bed and amenities like a Marshall speaker and the possibility to cast our own content on the television. The location can't be beat in hip Shoreditch where you'll find lots of good places to eat and drink and plenty of things to do. As i write this review I'm currently staying at another Hilton operated hotel in a different area of London for work and I wish I was back at the Hart... Highly recommend.”

“Stayed here on my travels for work. The check in/out process was convenient and staff were helpful and efficient. Brick Lane is a very lively street (perfect if you love Indian cuisine!) and our room was right at the front - we didn't notice any noise at all. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and I got a good night's sleep on a mattress far nicer than mine at home. Small note that the bed was very high off the ground because of storage built into the bed frame. Not an issue for me but worth mentioning for anyone with restricted mobility.”

“This is an exceptionally beautiful hotel. We only came here for a meal but it was very lovely and relaxing sitting overlooking the fountain. Staff were very friendly and professional. The grounds are stunning and sprawling. Modern sculptures against the traditional topiary and gardens contrast so well. Dog friendly. Lots of parking spaces. A hidden gem.”

“Georgian House was exactly what I was looking for! A small, clean, up-to-date room in a great location for a reasonable price. Everything was well decorated and efficient, hot shower, comfortable bed, intuitive storage, easy check-in. Very close to Victoria Underground + Rail Stations, walking distance to many areas of London I wanted to see. I had a wonderful stay!”

“Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff could not be more accommodating. Fantastic service all round, beautiful and comfortable rooms with the most amazing views. We had a couples massage and it was truly the best massage we have ever had-Highly recommend if you have time during your stay. The only downside was that room service is advertised as 24hour but it is actually only until 10.30pm. Breakfast was also phenomenal. Thank you!”

“What an absolutely wonderful experience having Afternoon Tea today. The Staff were so polite, friendly and attentive. The choice of teas is phenomenal and the sandwiches and cakes were delicious. In some of the posh hotels I would have felt intimidated and uncomfortable, but here it was perfect - a lovely atmosphere. “I went for one night with a friend for a special occasion and everything was amazing. We received an upgrade from the house to a family room. It had two queen beds and two bathrooms, just for two of us! At the arrival, there was an amazing bottle of Prosecco, a card and some chocolate strawberries waiting for us to celebrate our special occasion. The bed was very comfortable and was a shame when I had to leave early.. I would have loved to have a lie- in! The lobby manager Anna was very professional and kind. I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to get back as soon as possible.”

“Really lovely hotel, staff went above and beyond to make sure we had breakfast before they were serving food. The hotel had free parking, the room was well equipped, however the heating stayed on full all night, so we ended up opening the window to help cool the room down. The only other downside was the shower screen is too small. After taking a shower it leaves a puddle down between the bathtub and the toilet. Would happily stay again, it's within a 7 minute drive of Heathrow airport making it a convenient place to stop when flying.”
