“I have been coming to this salon religiously for over 1 year, every 4 weeks. I cannot praise the team enough for their outstanding skill and customer service. Everyone is so lovely and able to answer any and all questions regarding their services and make honest recommendations. I first came in by chance to get acrylics removed, and was recommended to start using bio gel due to now damaged my nails were, and since then my natural nails are half an inch long and extremely healthy. I’ve also had my eyelashes done by Thalia and I must say they were the most beautiful lashes using the best products / material, by far the best lash extensions me or anyone else has had. I’ve just had my first facial to start my clear skin journey and the recommendations / information given to me is one of a kind. It’s rare to find people in the beauty industry who really care about how things look / feel for customers however the nail & beauty shop is a rare gem, who never recommend the most expensive service but instead recommend things that work for you. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, however it is 100% worth it plus there’s always reggaeton or Latin music in the background to vibe to :)”

“Absolutely great Saturday with our kids. It was awesome. We got offered a photo of our youngest. And it was really nice. We got professional photos taken 3 for 24£. That's seems very reasonable. My youngest loved the baby part and eldest loved the waves. Only let down it smells like chlorine, but expected. Eyes gets a bit sensitive.”

“Me and my partner stayed for 1 night. We had a free room upgrade on arrival and the restaurant food was tasty but it was a little bit expensive. Breakfast was self-serve and very good quality. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Thank you for a pleasant stay.”

“The only reason the room did not get five stars was a few little things that were evident but did not affect my stay. The ceiling above the air con showed black mould? And the clip on the toilet seat was missing but the seat worked just cosmetic. The room was big and there was a good quantity of coat hangers I did ask for more drinks and milk, staff was efficient. And pleasant and very helpful. Parking at night can be a bit tricky I came back late and all the spaces were full. I managed to squeeze in. Even though it was full the hotel was quiet.”

“Very good service even in heatwave. My first ride in an electric car, so journey was very smooth, with air-conditioning. As requested, driver took me to destination, waited while I attended an appointment, and then drove me back. Driver was pleasant, friendly, calm and confident. “For over a year I have been searching for an Artist to take on a project of a cover up and to rework an old cover up which had scarring coming through and not well done, I approached over 20 different tattoo shops and Artists with no joy. then I was recommended Alexine at this shop, you can contact her by email, please read it fully and send as much info as you can inc measurements and idea's, She will respond with in her time scales (1 week) with details and ideas what can be done etc, She is 100% honest about what designs will work and won't, She will not waste your time or hers which I like. I went in for a consultation and heard what I like, paid deposit and sent her loads of idea's , Recieved the design 4 days before our first session just in case you want to change or tweek anything. Our first session was placement and out lining work, I had trouble imagine what it would all look like when it would be finished, Alexine was patient and explained it all very well and coached me through it. 6 sessions later it was done! All the sessions ran to time and to my expectations, She never failed to delivery. You really do get back what you put in with Alexine, she is direct, polite, professional and loves cover-ups, happy to tattoo for hours if you can take the pain ! The studio is very clean and relaxing, all the ladies there are very nice and make you feel welcome. Honestly I'm not one for reviews but If you need help in a cover up or reworking a piece, get in touch with her. I was doing 50 mile round trip to have this done, well worth it .”
