“I brought my little girl today to get her ears pierced as an early present for her birthday and could not of been happier. Firstly we were super early which was not an issue and they slotted us in. Secondly they were all amazing with her and really considerate of the additional support she needed. The main girl doing it (really sorry can't remember her name, Tia?
