“My appointment was to refresh my sobre. Although, I've asked the owner can we make some changes. After some possibilities discussed I sticked to my sobre thing, to not make it too complicated. It was a massive surprise to see my reflection in the mirror after whole process!!!!! Ewa, the owner, took all what was said on the board and made it live. My hair is so lovely now!!!!!! And money wise is affordable. Lovely place with a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.”

“With an african hair I always struggle to fiind a good hairdresser. I always use wigs to hide my hair. I google african hair salon and I founded Hair Definition. I google it a lot and I decide to book an appoitment. They here very nice on the phone. On the day I arrived and Marietta she was amazing she explain to me all the treatment. I did for the 1st time a Kerastraight treatment. She made me a cup of tea and made sure that I was confortable. The results were amazing. I never belived that I could follow in love with my own hair. She gave me a lot of tips and tricks to treat my hair. There is no price in the world that can pay how much selfconfident she gave me with my hair.On top of that if I have any concern about my hair and tratment I text her and she always replay. “Couldn't recommend Thea enough!! I've used a few hairdressers over the last 5/6 years but never found a hairdresser I wanted to go back to and always hated the outcome of my hair. I really can't recommend Thea enough from Roxbys! She really listens to your concerns and exactly what you want to do with your hair. I will not use any other hairdresser and only trust her with my hair. Her colouring skills are insane and I always leave the salon beaming as I'm so happy with her work. I've shown her pictures of hair I like and she always give her professional opinion whilst achieving the closest colour match possible. She recommends products and tools for your hair depending on what you're looking for but doesn't pressure you into purchasing any products and makes you feel comfortable about your choices. As well as this, she's such a lovely kind hearted girl and always makes me feel comfortable. She puts up with me messaging her every few weeks/months with new questions or queries I have with my hair and is always really helpful and patient with me. I always ask for Thea but all the staff in Roxby's are polite and make sure you're well looked after so even if you don't book in with Thea I'm sure you'll leave just as happy as I do.”
