Best Western London Heathrow Ariel Hotel
● Open“Stayed for 1 night after meeting my partner at Heathrow on her return from Madrid. Reception staff extremely pleasant and helpful. I was going to use the airport shuttle bus to get to the airport but the lady on reception advised me to use public transport as it was a lot cheaper. Staff in restaurant were excellent as well. I would certainly stay here again.”

Best Western Greater London Hotel
● Open60 Cranbrook Road, Cranbrook, Ilford IG1 4NH, United Kingdom“Definitely enjoyed my stay. The reception staff of Elena & Anna were so friendly and welcoming! The service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Even at night time, there's also a man named Amila, so friendly and helpful. And rooms were clean and tidy! Enjoyed breakfast. Good location - not far from Ilford station, town centre and supermarkets literally walking distance. I would most definitely recommend.”

Travelodge London Park Royal
● Open“Genuinely don't understand the bad reviews for our room (208, 1 double-bed + 1 single bed) was really good, well furnished and clean. The receptionists have always been very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.”

Best Western London Queens Hotel Crystal Palace
● Open“I really enjoyed my stay here, honestly wanted to stay longer than the 4 days I stayed. The hotel has a good location - it's close to the bus station, restaurants and a big Sainsburys which is a few minutes walk from it. The hotel provides parking although I did not need it. I booked a room with a double bed and it comes with a TV as well. The room was quaint and neat, lots of towels provided, and it had air conditioning which was crucial for the hot weather. The bathroom was a very good size, honestly I think it was my favourite part of the room. I loved the design and colour of the room, I suppose it has something to do with the history of the area (as an aspiring architect, I enjoy these little details). I think the interior of the hotel is wonderfully decorated and contrasts with the exterior though. From the outside, you'd think something completely different, however when you go in, it's decent. Within the hotel, a vending machine for bottled water and snacks is provided. There was also a microwave located in the lobby of the reception which I wished I knew earlier (so take note in case you're on a budget and don't want to spend lots of money on takeout). The service I received was great - I lost my oyster card on the hotel premises, and the reception called me when it had been found. They were also willing to keep my luggage for me after I checked out. If I ever need to come back to London, I will be looking to stay here again.”

Regions Estates
● Closed“We rented with Regions estates for over 6 years, we didn't fully appreciate at the time how great they are, until we moved and had a new agency. Rodger Andrews is fantastic, really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He was always happy and smiley and quick to respond to our emails. Any issues with the property were dealt with really quickly.”

Love to Swim
● Open“I am so happy we found Love to Swim, they have the best swimming teachers so far we came across.I don't think there is enough stars in the world to rate Jose, I am so happy with his coaching style, he is so professional, knowledgeable, patient. His lessons are full of fun and balanced with discipline and he has achieved a miracle in a very first lesson with my child helping him to come over his fears.I would recommend Jose to anyone with any level of experience in swimming as they will not be disappointed by the amazing progress within a very short space of time.”

Tian Tsin
● Closed“Crispy duck and veggie spring rolls were first class. We’ve ordered from at Tian Tsin a few times now and are never disappointed and the price is great as well as the friendly service. Really sorry to see so many 1 star ratings but I suppose people complain more than they praise.”
